* We seek to book appointments for Energy Performance Certificates, Floor Plans and Legionella Risk Assessments on the same day that we receive your instructions and aim to finalise reports and provide the relevent Certificates within 24 hours of completing our property inspection. 

* We aim to be flexible at all times and work in a way that best suits your individual requirements, making evening, weekend and Bank Holiday appointments available.

* We will adhere to such reasonable complaints procedure as required by our Certification Scheme. We will promptly notify them in writing of any unresolved complaints we receive.
