Due to numerous requests over recent months from both Home Sellers and Corporate Clients, Essex Domestic Energy Assessors has now extended the level of service it provides. The company is owned and operated by Roger Gilbey, who's personal goal is to offer an efficient, professional and speedy service, whilst maintaining the highest levels of integrity to all clients (Private Home Sellers, Estate Agents, Solicitors, other Property Professionals and Hip Providers)

I am a fully Qualified and Accredited Independent Energy Assessor trained and qualified to industry standards and hold full Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance. I am registered with a government approved Accreditation Scheme, The Property Codes Compliance Board (HIPcode) and a  member of The Institute of Domestic Energy Assessors, therefore, in addition to Criminal Records Bureau checks you can be assured of peace of mind when instructing Essex Domestic Energy Assessors to carry out your Energy Assessment or compile your Home Information Pack.

The Energy Reports and Home Information Packs produced will be of high quality and delivered within tight timescales at a competitive price. Meeting your individual needs is my most important objective.

Whilst primarily serving the SS postcode area I am happy to extend the area covered further throughout Essex for multiple bookings in one locality on the same day.
