Due to numerous requests over recent months from both Home Owners and our Corporate Clients Essex Domestic Energy Assessors have expanded the company and are now pleased to be able to offer a completely Independant Home Information Pack service.

The company is owned and operated by Roger Gilbey, who's personal goal is to offer an efficient, professional and speedy service, whilst maintaining the highest levels of integrity to all clients (Private Home Owners, HIP Providers / Resellers, Estate Agents, Solicitors and other Property Professionals)

I am a fully Qualified and Accredited Independent Energy Assessor trained and qualified to industry standards and hold full Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance. I am registered with a government approved Accreditation Scheme, The Property Codes Compliance Board (HIPcode) and a  member of The Institute of Domestic Energy Assessors, therefore, in addition to Criminal Records Bureau checks you can be assured of peace of mind when instructing Essex Domestic Energy Assessors to carry out your Energy Assessment or compile your HIP.

The Energy Reports and Home Information Packs produced will be of high quality and delivered within tight timescales at a competitive price. Meeting your individual needs is my most important objective.

Whilst providing my service direct to the individual home owner, I am also keen to build lasting relationships with professional businesses throughout Essex. 

As a new and growing independent business, I am able to adjust the services I offer to meet your individual requirements. Essex Domestic Energy Assessors are based in Rochford, Essex. Whilst primarily serving the SS postcode area I am happy to extend the area covered further throughout Essex for multiple bookings in one locality on the same day. I can often be found working in the Romford and Chelmsford postcode areas.
